Nutritional Benefits:

This crunchy cabbage slaw is jam packed with Vitamin C (essential for youthful-looking skin), vitamin K (for blood and bone health), and vitamin A (for eye health). This colorful dish also offers a hefty amount of phytonutrients, dietary fiber, and enzymes that are necessary for your body to function optimally!

A little bit about golden berries:
Originally cultivated in the Incan Empire, golden berries are not your average fruit. Sweet yet tangy, these mouth-puckering berries are best noted for high amounts of beta-carotene and bioflavonoids, which support anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity, among many other benefits.

They are also a great source of vitamin A and C, and contain a good amount of pectin, which is a fantastic source of soluble fiber to keep your digestive system happy. Unlike other fruits, these berries contain a high amount of protein (16%).
